Storytelling

Dirty Talk Magic: Storytelling

What can I expect?

You can expect a cozy and welcoming space with a group of open minded enjoyers of dirty talk! The event will be warmly facilitated while leaving space for everyone to take part in the way they feel best.

Can I contribute a story?

Yes! You are welcome to contribute to the storytelling in many ways. You could tell a story, read a poem or share some smut. You can decide to participate spontaneously on the evening of the event. There will be no stage or mic or spotlight. There will be a casual circle where you can sit and share.

Who is this for?

This event is a sweet evening idea to talk about lessons or stories that came from previous Dirty Talk Magic Workshops or Playshops. Or share moments from your Dirty Talk Date. This event is also for people who are entirely new to the topic and would like to hear how many people experience dirty talk. It would be fun to attend with a friend, lover or partner as well as joining alone.

Your facilitator

Hello my name is Violet (she/her) and I am your Dirty Talk Witch! I have been researching this topic for over 7 years and have learned so much along the way. Facilitating workshops is one of my favourite things to do. I take this role seriously and aim to provide value for your beyond just a fun evening activity (which it is too!) I have designed this event series to provide you actionable steps to open up your voice and express yourself.

I come from a world full of sex positivity and sex education. I have been involved in the BDSM scene my whole adult life. I have been a sex worker for much of this time. I am a consent educator trained through consent.academy with professional experience writing and implementing Code of Conduct and accountability procedures for communities around Berlin. I am a practicing Relationship Anarchist which in the simplest form means that relationships I have are designed together rather than relying on traditions or societal expectations. All of this work feeds into what I know about dirty talk and how I facilitate these workshops.

If you would like to read more about my thoughts on this topic check out my blog post called - Embracing the Art of Dirty Talk
