During this workshop, we will explore these ideas and work through some games and activities in a group, in pairs and individually. This workshop was designed to be highly adaptable depending on the mood of the room and your personal preferences. You will leave this event with a clearer understanding of your own motivations and some easy entry-level ideas to try at home.

You can expect a friendly and comfortable environment where we have space to build authentic trust in the group before starting. We will celebrate our own boundaries and the boundaries of others here in this supportive group environment. You will be free to participate only to the level you feel comfortable and encouraged to take time and space for yourself.

You will be given the opportunity to share and learn from the experiences of other pairs and will take home exercises for you and your partners and lovers to practice at home.
